I loooove my super strenght self esteem cd, it has worked incredibly well for me and did not have to do the whole 30 days to start feeling stronger, more assertive and definitelly i am now taking charge of my life (at 32 years old). I have recommended it to others I know. I'm feeling great and getting better!!!

This is a wonderful CD. It not only relaxes you, it helps you become aware of the wonderful gift you are to yourself and others. Everyone should buy this CD and use it for 21 days. After the 21 days you will notice how much kinder you have become towards yourself and those around you. It is a great investment.

I've long been leary about subliminal tapes. Many only consist of worthess music and don't work. This one does work!To wit, I let the daughter of a friend borrow this cassette. She was being teased by her peers at school and her self esteem had dropped.Within days she got immediate results.Her grades improved and she start recieving new fou respect from her peers.She has been working with this tape all summer and the results showed in her performance on her summer job and in relationships with family and friends.I highly recommend this tape. It is one subliminal tape that actually does work.

I have had this as a tape for 2 years, and listened to it on and off. When I listen to it frequently, I am so much more positive and self-confident. Sometimes I will find myself being negative and realize that I haven't listened to the tape in a while. It really does work!

Like the other reviewer, I too was once very suspicious of subliminal tapes, then I came across a book called subliminal seduction and realized how powerful this concept is.

This tape is outstanding. Even if you feel that you have no self esteem problems right now, we all face difficulties and cahllenges from time to time. This tape will help you increase your self esteem, self confidence, self belief and keep you positive even during difficult times.

Griswold's work is better than all the other self-hypnosis/self-help CD's. His self-esteem CD has made a big impact in my life. I listened to it for 30 days and it was the best I had ever felt. I had an entirely new outlook on life. As time goes on, I slipped back into my old patterns. However, I knew exactly where to turn for a mental boost.

Don't get discouraged if the first few listens are awkward. The key is to master the breathing techniques and clear your mind, which both take practice.

This CD has helped me relax a bit and not worry so much about what people think of me. It has helped me to see my self worth and appreciate who I am.

I bought the self esteem program a few years back, and it is simply AMAZING! All my life, I was handsome, but still had NO self esteem, almost always negative and depressed. And one day, I dk how it happened, but I ran into some self help stuff, this mp3 I purchased. I swear... The first time I listened to it, it was like I was very High. lol, then after a few days, i was really feeling it, but since my esteem was so high, other negative ppl I worked with was bad energy, and I was easily getting frustrated. But I knew I could get to the cd later to peace.. Well that went away, and I learned to control my happiness and it became natural. And my life was happy, very happy and very confident. I didn't question myself about ANYTHING. Ofcourse, I should have kept listening to it, but I stoped after like 3 weeks, I wasn't consistent. But Im about 98% sure, that if anyone listens to this for atleast 2 montha straight, their life will be inside out great. Even if they are broke and single as I was. lol And not to mention I met SO many women just because I had a great energy about me, I wasn't needy or anything, because I didn't need anything. Just belief and inner happiness in myself. Thats al you need, everything else you fancy comes natural after that.

A Must Buy for anyone that just wants to feel happy and at peace almost effortlessly.

This is a pretty decent affirmation CD. It combines guided relaxation and affirmations. I listened to it falling asleep. It's nice to go to sleep with something soothing and positive and reminding myself to be kind to our inner child.

This is the first "self-programming" product I've used. I find it very helpful. I feel less stressed, much more relaxed, happy and content. I recommend this program for anyone who wants to start feeling better about themselves, about their lives and about the future.
