Enjoyable to listen to!
I've listened to each CD at least twice, and have learned something each time. The box that the CDs came in was a little smashed, but the CDs are in fine condition. I'm very happy with my purchase!

This is just a repackaging of previous cd's
I love Dr. Weil's messages and teachings and would recommended this to anyone who is new to his teachings. But for someone who has listened to teachings within the last two years will find this repetitive.

Dr. Weil makes this audio book interesting and easy to read. He gives much useful information. He blends traditional medicine with alternative medicine in such a way that you see the relevance of them intertwined. I even bought two more copies to give to my children!

I highly disagree with the previous reviewer. This has much more info to learn and digest, and it would be difficult for the average -or uninitiated- person to comprehend. We are blessed to have Dr. Weil because of his ability to speak appropriately to any audience he is addressing.
