Unless you're the type of person who needs to hear "you're a winner!!" in a self-induced hypnotic state, this CD isn't for you. While the lead-in to the self-hypnosis was reasonably good, the practice itsef was contrived and not useful. I bought two copies, thinking this sounded like a great CD (given the fact Edgar Cayce is seemingly associated with it). I intended to give the other copy as a gift, but once I listended to my copy, I was not going to impose this worthless exercise on my sister! Keep looking for a better self-hypnosis experience - this one isn't it.

TOTAL SCAM:
This is completely BOGUS and a complete waste of money and I actually asked for my money back. FYI:: Hypnosis is a personal experience and not mass produced farm method. The only people who MAY get some benefit from this will be those who have no idea about real hypnosis and simply want someone to TELL them to relax.

The use of Edgar Cayce's name in the title is also an affront. It is completely FALSE & MISLEADING and has nothing to do with Mr Cayce at all. They simply mention his name several times and then give some lame relaxation shpiel with bl**dy awful music. TOTAL Snake Oil this one.

BTW: I am a professional hypnotherapist with over 20 years experience. I purchased this for info on Edgar Cayce and hypnosis to expand my knowledge and I am extremely disappointed with this.

This product gives the user information on how to bring about personal change that at one time would seem to be impossible without outside help. It does require a true interest to bring about personal change. It is, however, not as difficult as one would believe.

This product is worth it's money. Certainly it's not going to impose hypnosis on the person using it, rather it's a good vehicle to begin your ride to self discovery.

There's nothing mystical about it, so don't expect magic. I do recommend it.

The speaker had a good hypnotic voice and explained the whole process well.
This is not a one time experience. In order to learn self-hypnosis you need to listen to it regularly for a number of times.

I felt very relaxed. This is a positive tape. Very Helpful.
