I bought the book years ago and read it three times. It is a very good overview of the subjects.
The part I like the most is the Self-hynosis part. I have been following the recipes to make my own self-hypnosis tapes over the years. I have had only excellent results.
If record one tape a year (more or less), to accomplish different results, and I use them often until I reach my goals.
I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to reprogram some undesirable patterns of behavior.

Well, Charles Tebbetts is a genuine pioneer in bringing all the "mind stuff" and mental sciences together and is very easy to understand and read. If he was not, I would not have went through all the trouble I went through to find a newer copy of this book.

Well, here is the back story: My Mom and I went to The Psychic Eye bookstore in Thousand Oaks a few months ago, and I was actually secretly hoping I would find a new version of this book at a reasonable price. I have an older version, but it is rather dog eared and quite used. Well, I found it as well as an old C. Roy Hunter mind power book, I opted to get exactly what I wanted, and I genuinely have no regrets. There you go a little taste of (humorous) autogenic training telling you to get this book, read it and use it. If you get it right, it will change your life throught he power of your mind and inborn mental equipment.

In wonderful shape according to prise, it was very cheap one. The book is quite interesting I've just started reading it but have already studied quite much, this helps me in my privite life

Like the last reviewer, I read this book multiple times many years ago. At times I make my own audio files to work on specific issues, but the best aspect of this book is how easily it demonstrates how to become proficient at self hypnosis. Over the years I refer to it occasionally, but the lessons learned from this book stay with you if you regularly practice.
