I was stationed in England and these are just like the ones I'd buy at the garden centers there. Heavy construction with chain, as self-watering reservoir a the bottom that has a capillary mat to feed the roots without keeping the roots in the water; much healther for the plant. I only wished it came in a 16 inch as well as a 14 inch size! Excellent choice for hanging baskets. I expect them to last for years.
