I stumbled across this blog while looking for new dinner options and I'm glad I did. The Selfish Vegan is changing her and her family's entire diet. Her trial and error in the kitchen is both informative and entertaining. I've already learned what seitan is and how to use it in the kitchen. If you're a vegan, thinking of becoming a vegan, are like me and just want a healthier diet, or are curious about such a lifestlye change - this blog is well worth it. And you'll be entertained along the way.
