Very Helpful
We found this book to be very helpful. It covered all the bases of selling a house yourself and what you should look out for. This book also contains sample contracts that were extremely helpful. We simply made copies from the book, filled them out, signed them and took them to the title company.

Not Much Learning Here!
If you operate on the premise of good business savvy and you maintain a semblance of common sense, this book is a waste of money. It's too basic and there are no revelations.
