I have been investing in sales and management books over half my life. This book will travel with me personally for years to come. If every person in sales will follow your principles and systems, they will cut their success learning curve in half! Thank you for writing this incredible book!

13 of 15 (or 87%) reviews to date were written on May 21, 2000. 3 of these were written by 'gary' who listed three different locations: Wayzata, MN, Bullard, TX and Solana Beach, CA. All 13 reviews were one or two liners with perfect 5 star ratings. One of them had the subject "This book is destined to be a classic!". I'm skeptical. Looks like someone is trying to game the system.Looking at the contents of this book it's just a rehash of Dale Carnegie's "How to Influence People" - a much better read. Stay away from this book and read Carnegie instead.

In `Selling From The Heart' Steven Lloyd has created an inspirational, fresh and yet practical approach to selling. These techniques really work, not only in business but in day to day life situations too!

Lots of people talk about writing something new and powerful, Steven Lloyd has done it! This book really takes you from the beginner to the expert in record time. What I learned about Emotional Selling has helped to improve my life and career, big time! This book would help improve anyone's communication skills the first day you use it. It really is just that good! This is an awesome book!
