This book is a must have for anyone selling luxury today! Robin and Genvieve really "get it"; they set the bar for a new standard in how to provide service and produce results, offering realistic examples and suggestions.

It is quick and fun read, with every skill covered in brief so it is easy to absorb. I highly recommend this to anyone in cient services or sales in any industry, luxury or mass market.

It's a very easy read with short chapters and bullet points, but for anyone with work experience in the retail/marketing luxury industry, nothing in this book is new. Would definitely recommend it to recent marketing fresh grads or interns looking to find a job in the industry.
