This book is a must have for anyone selling luxury today! Robin and Genvieve really "get it"; they set the bar for a new standard in how to provide service and produce results, offering realistic examples and suggestions.

It's a very easy read with short chapters and bullet points, but for anyone with work experience in the retail/marketing luxury industry, nothing in this book is new. Would definitely recommend it to recent marketing fresh grads or interns looking to find a job in the industry.

This book cleverly encompasses every aspect of customer service, not just sales techniques! It really is a must read for all who need to remember what interpersonal skills are. It is quick and fun read, with every skill covered in brief so it is easy to absorb. I highly recommend this to anyone in cient services or sales in any industry, luxury or mass market.

Selling Luxury is a spot on, easy to follow, best-practice guide to being an effetive Sales Ambassador. Lent and Tour do a superb job!
