If you're a eBay seller and looking for expanded sales, this might be a book for you. I say might because this book brings information together that is already available on Amazon. The book will save you time in searching for the same informaton and offers some examples. The book needs updating and doe not reflect current information.

I bought this book after a few weeks of my selling venture on Amazon.com. After hearing the glorious testimony in World Wide Brands and [...], I took te bait. What I learnt in my 2 weeks of my personal experience is more info than what this book gave. Very basic information, which any one can get by simply going to the sellercentral help. No information on search visibility or any thing to increase your sales. Just plain garbage showing you how to create a product page, how to list and how to send feed back requests. I think all these can be seen for free in youtube. Amazon has put out some good video documentation for new sellers. All in all, this book is a complete waste of time if you are thinking on improving your sales or getting tips on selling on Amazon.

If you are listing or selling anything on eBay or Amazon this is a must have. I really enjoyed the simplicity and step by step instructions that provide useful tips for listing merchandise quickly.

"Selling on the River" has screen shots that are useful for navigating/browsing through the complex matrix of Amazon. I'm surprised the help menu from Amazon isn't as useful as this book.

This book is simple and smart. Well worth the investment it will pay back in time savings. It's easy to read in a humorous style that will make eBay sellers think and Amazon sellers prosper.

I hope he writes a second book.
