Ursula Mentjes is a Best-Selling Author, Sales Expert, Certified Sales Coach, and motivational speaker who specializes in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help her clients reach their highest potential in their careers and businesses. Specifically, she has helped businesses double and triple their sales revenue in as short as two months. Ursula is the best-selling author of Selling with Intention and One Great Goal. Sales guru Brian Tracy endorsed Selling with Intention: "This powerful, practical book shows you how to connect with customers by fully understanding the sales process from the inside out. It really works!"

Ursula honed her skills at an International Technical Training company, starting her career in sales in 1996 and advancing to the position of President in 2001. She was responsible for increasing sales by 90% in one year when she was just 27 years old and the company's annual revenue was in the tens of millions. Ursula attributes her success to setting stretch goals and empowering her employees to be the best that they could be. The message of Selling With Intention completely changed my life five years ago when I got my hands on the first edition, and I wasn't even in sales at the time. The principles Ursula shares and the mindset that she models throughout the book immediately unraveled my previous belief that the sales process is hard and that all sales people are slimy. Instead, she proves that sales and business are really about solving other people's problems and serving them until their pain subsides. Don't we all want to do that? The principles in here are foundational for sales professionals and entrepreneurs who truly want to help other people and make some GREAT money while doing it! Ursula, thank you for making the sales process and mindset SO EASY. And I love the JUICY extras you put in this last edition. I'm already taking my quantum leap, thanks to you!

This book is a must read for anyone who is ready to take their business (and mindset) to the next level of excellence. After reading this book, not only will you end it with more clarity, you will also leave inspired and ready to do all the things you dream about (yet previously let the voices in your head sway you from doing). This author helps you to understand the power of intention and how to use it to excel. After reading this book you will have a great understanding of the power that you have within and how to direct this power to reach new heights.
