About the Author

The author, Glenn W. Knox MD, FACS, has served on the faculties of two medical schools, the University of Florida and the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Duval County Medical Society. He is also a delegate to the Florida Medical Association. A board-certified physician and surgeon, he is the author of more than 50 papers in the medical field. Dr. Knox is also a visiting researcher at NASA-Kennedy Space Center. He has given more than 300 presentations to physicians and patients throughout North America.
