I'm in the process of improving the 2nd floor of my home. I'm using these screws to secure a badly nailed 3/4 plywood subfloor. Now in the middle of the job, but so far these have worked great. This is my first use of a collated screwdriver. I never knew it could go so fast. I've had several misfires, screw doesn't start and then falls away. I'm certain it's my inexperience. Aside from that I now need 1 1/4 square heads for the 1/2 inch plywood that will go on top of the 3/4. Anybody know where I can score those screws and perhaps a tip on how to reduce the missfires with a DS300-AC stand up driver?
