Not a tribute to Doris but to Nellie,

I love Doris Day having been introduced to her music by my Father. I heard her on NPR and went online and purchased the CD. She's very enjoyable and fun. I let my Dad listen to her and his comment was that it was not so much a tribute to Doris as a tribute to herself. After getting over being miffed, I listened again a few times and realized he was exactly right. I don't have a problem with it, but I wish the CD had been named more honestly, for what that's worth. You should not be deterred, however, if you like her type of voice. Good luck!
