This review is from: A Senior's Health Journal: A Personal Record of Vital Health & Medical Information (Hardcover)
This book should not be labeled "Senior". It is beneficial for all ages. I gave it as a gift for all of my close adult family members (ages 20-70). Good for keeping up with medical history. Invaluable to pass on to our children too. Do check it out.
