I was reluctant to purchase this headset as there were no customer reviews online at that time, but after purchasing and returning a Motorola headset and a Platronics headset - both with good reviews - I decided to give this one a try and am glad I did. It is comfortable to wear - the hook over the ear is sturdy but bends to fit any ear size and shape. The part where the sound comes out sits against your ear so does not need an earbud; it does stay in place given the shape of the device and the adjustable hook. The sound coming through is very clear. The device is easy to put on and take off. It is small and doesn't get caught in my hair the way the Platronics headset did. It is simple to operate and works great with my iPhone 4 (the other devices I tried would often become unpaired and then were difficult to quickly re-establish pairing). A single push of the main button activates voice dialing; holding down the button for slightly longer redials the last number called - both features that were important to me but didn't appear in any description I could find.

Pros:
- Sound and built quality is good as expected for a Sennheiser product.
Cons:
- Doesn't give the power level as some cheaper models do.
- The propriaty charger is a nuisance (big time) for me, and will return the whole thing to the retailer, once I would recall where I put the charger!

great earpiece.......love the sound quality..easy to use...BUT
no replacement ear loops anywhere to be found...so I have to replace the entire device once they break....
