Great Sound!,

This review is from: Sennheiser HD 408 Headphone with Flexible Headband (Black) (Electronics)
I am a Sennheiser fan and I love the sound from these headphones. Sound will leak out and ambient noise will come in but that is why I bought this. They feel every comfortable and it will not make me sweat when wearing them over a long period of time. It is connected to my desktop pc but I also use it on my mp3 player and sounds good too. The bass is strong and the highs pack a punch. For $24.99 it is hard to find headphones that are this high quality.

Very nice smooth sounds. Good sound sealing fit and very comfortable for long listening sessions. Avoid t.he Bose hype and expense and get these! Recommended

good sound, great value, but poor feel,

The Sennheiser name has a good reputation with sound and the HD 408 seemed to fit my need for bass (dub-step). However, I assumed they were over-the-ear types but the pads don't actually come in contact with my head and stress my ears after only an hour of use. I'm sure not everyones ears are the same, but I was assuming at least a softer/larger pad. It's fairly thin foam and not even a recessed area for the speaker itself, giving a flat look similar to sony's style in the late 80's. (what we used to have to put up with). I would recommend this product greatly for its value, but not for situations you would use regularly for more than an hour or two.
