If you pay the right price for these headphones, they are totally worth it. I purchased them from the Apple store the other day, and paid nearly $70. Then I found them online for $30, with no tax and free shipping. At $70, I can't say that I'm fully satisfied. But at the $30 price point, these headphones are great! Long story short, I will be returning my headphones to Apple and keeping pair I have purchased online.

But enough of my shopping experience... The sound is pretty decent, compared to what I have found with over-the-ear headphones. And they ARE fully adjustable. The previous reviewer apparently didn't notice that you can easily bend and shape them to very comfortably fit your ear.

I also tried Philips ActionFit Earhook Sports Headset (SHQ3007), which are around the same price point. I much prefer the Sennheiser over them.

If you're a runner and you are looking for decent headphones at a good price, I would definitely recommend these.

I looked on Sennheisers website to see if it would work with any Android phones which it did say that it will work with most other phones besides iPhones. It will not work with my Galaxy S3. Besides not working with my S3 it as a very nice set of over the ear earphones. The construction is nice and the sound is also nice. Had it worked with my S3 it would have five stars from me...

I have used these earbuds for a year now, and am quite pleased with them. I use them for bicycling, running, and walking. The shape-able bendable ear hanger keeps the earbuds in place well, stable and comfortable, even with sunglasses on. With rugged athletic use over a year the earbuds still function as new: no broken cords/plugs/speakers.

I use these earbuds mainly with an iPhone 4. The integrated microphone works great. The volume controls work perfectly, as does the pause/song advance click control button on the microphone unit. The sound quality is fair, not stellar, for music, but an outside-the-ear-canal earbud will not match other in-ear-canal units for high fidelity. Then again, an in-ear-canal unit is likely a poor choice for athletic activity music.

If you protect your ears and want to protect yourself, these are a great value. These Sennheisers are designed to enable you to hear ambient sounds around you at moderate volumes. I love them for biking, especially in winter. I wore them with a thin Gore head band, and I was able to dial in the sound to where I could hear all of the music while carrying on a conversation with the biker next to me. The combination reduced the wind noise in my ears compared to wearing nothing and hearing the wind whistle around my helmet straps. I have tried numerous in-ear buds, including the similar Philips SHS100 buds with ear hooks. No question these sound better, have easier to use controls, are more comfortable and stay in better IF you read the directions and fit them properly.

Some of the negative reviews reflect that the reviewer bought the wrong product. If you want a noise isolating, in-ear bud, you can obviously find better sound quality--and get hit by that hybrid car, biker, assailant, dog, etc. that you did not hear coming. I also suspect that people complaining about bass response and comparing to in-ear buds have probably already sustained significant hearing loss.

I am buying my second pair of these because I had the first pair connected to my iPhone in my pocket, but did not have the cord tucked in. I snagged it on a drawer handle while walking by and yanked it so hard that it yanked the phone out of my pocket and the cord out of the phone and damaged the cord. These sit inside of the flap of your ear and outside of your ear canal. I believe they came with one rubber cover on the buds, so take those off before switching to the smaller size if you need it. The ear hooks are bendable, so they fit better than ones that are not.

I'd give this four stars only because one con that I have discovered was the earplug rubber covering that goes around the ear buds. They have the tendency to become easily knocked off. I lose one every other month.

The great part about this is, that i use it for the gym, and outdoor running. It can withstand excessive sweating, and still function properly. Although the ear loop molding will lose is shape and form after awhile and still have to be adjusted during my run.

I don't like how the plug is a straight line/bar. I think it could improve by having an " L " type connection.

Yes, they're not the cheapest headphones, but they are worth every penny. I love that they adjust to wrap around your ear in their own customized fit. Not to mention, they interact with my iPhone just as the apple ear buds do.

Have been using these for about two weeks now while walking and during my 3-times-a-week 1h running workouts.
They fit me perfectly (I am the 'big' ear type - that can't use iphone standard/classy handsfree because they fall loose from my ear), they isolate just the right amount of outside noise that I can hear a car passing by and the sound quality is good (I listen mainly to classical rock and audio books/podcasts). The clip that attaches to garments work fine, I believe cord length suits tall people just fine.
Call quality seems ok as I've heard no complaints, but I find the mic/controls to be placed rather low on the cord - so that there is an amount of wires coming out of my neck when I place the cord beneath a pullover/jacket.
