Like others that pick up the 110 or 120 model, I was looking for something not-so-bulky. Both models fit the description and are fairly cheap, so I decided what the heck, it's only a couple bucks if it sucks. When I first tried it on, I was somewhat disappointed by the flimsy feel and terrible fit. It sits kinda loosely on your ear lobe and doesn't feel secure at all (note that the over-the-ear clip can be removed and the mic can be used on the left or right ear). But I guess a loose fit is better than one that is overly tight. More importantly, in use, I was told that it was hard to hear my voice and I pretty much had to yell in order for the other party to hear me clearly. Well, all that changed after I discovered this magical mystery "Mic Boost" option in the Windows volume control panel (dbl-click the volume icon, go to the "Microphone" panel (if the panel is not visible, enable it in the "Options"->"Properties" dialog), make sure that "Options"->"Advanced Controls" is checked, click on the "Advanced" button under the "Microphone" panel and check the "Mic Boost" option). It was like night and day. MSN voice chats were "just like a telephone" conversation. Before that, I had to literally pull the mic towards my mouth and shout, afterwards, it was like a normal convo with someone sitting in the same room. The looseness didn't matter as much once I fixed it since the microphone didn't have to be by my mouth for the sound to pick up (and actually, I'm kinda glad that it's light and loose as it makes it more comfortable for long sessions). Note that for Windows users, this item should be completely plug and play (assuming that you've configured your microphone settings at least once before) and, while the product pictures don't show it, the 110 model also comes with the inline volume control and on-off switch as well. So in summary, the somewhat loose fit and possibly confusing setup = 4 stars; still a great value at the pricepoint, though!

WARNING: Not Mac Compatible!,
This review is from: Sennheiser PC 110 Single-Sided On-Ear Headset with Microphone (Personal Computers)
I bought this assuming it would work with a Mac, but it doesn't. The microphone input for a Mac apparently needs to be amplified. I'm now looking for a USB based headset instead.Don't make the same mistake!

I would have given it 5 stars if it was more comfy on my ear. After about 15 minutes of use, I felt too much pain from the earpiece that I had to take it off. That was a big negative for me since I make calls over the internet at least twice daily. The audio was sufficient for my calls and the mic is amazing! The person on the other end could hear everything crisp and clear, without much background noise. You could hear a pin drop!!! Well ok not exactly...but you know what i mean...hehehe

Superb sound quality, both the headpiece and the microphone. Price is right, too. Highly recommended.

Not only is the microphone not Mac compatible (as stated in another review, unfortunately posted after my purchase), the entire headset is incompatible with some cellphones as well. With three different model Nokias as soon as the set was plugged in, "Enhancement not supported" flashed on the screens - never had a problem with other headsets. It would have been helpful to have had a list of compatible devices to view before purchasing. I'll just have to pass these on to a PC using friend and hope they have more luck.
