The Headset is awesome. What keeps me from giving it 5 stars is, that the delivery is not complete. You will need a extra cable to connect the Headset to your phone. And Amazon does not mention that in the product description. So, I did have to order a cable after I received the Headset and I did encounter shipping costs which would not have been the case if I would have ordered everything in the first time. Not to mention, I had a heck of a time to find the right cable. Amazon gives no support here.
Such a expensive Headset should be complete and good to go.

I got this binaural headset to use at the office, to help eliminate other sounds around me, as we are on the phone much of the day with clients. So far so good! Doesn't completely block out other noises, but it does make what I hear clear and loud enough that outside noise is less of a concern. Haven't had to use the quick-release feature yet, but if I need to it's there. Definitely clearer than any other headset I've ever used (and I've gone through many single-ear headsets). Initial shipment seemed to get lost, but I was offered a second shipment (arrived in 2-3 days ... same day the original shipment finally arrived!). Good service, will be glad to order here again.

Beware that the additional cable adapter is needed. I knew that and had
all the parts I needed to get this to work.

I returned these because I could not get the volume low enough - even at
my (Panasonic) phone's lowest volume level the volume was still so loud it
actually hurt my ears. There is no volume control on the cable or headphones,
so you are at the mercy of what your phone allows.

After returning these 250's I tried and kept the SH 350 instead, and do not have the
too much volume problem with those. (Those also have no volume control and at the
lowest phone volume setting they are also a bit loud but not painfully so).

Headsets are very comfortable and provides very good phone call quality.
I just wish it would feel a little more tight on head. A lot of times
I have to squeeze them tight into my ears to be able to hear people
when the connection is not very clear.
