Great Product for the Hearing-Impaired,

I have trouble hearing the television, due to my hearing disability. I've got two hearing aids but some conversation comes through garbled. I've tried a couple of wireless systems, which I bought at Best Buy for $99....but, my receiver is far from the TV and background static is a problem. This product works great! Three minor problems: 1. with the Sennheiser earphones [purchased separately], I cannot hear my wife...even when she yells at me. [Is this really a problem???] And, 2. the earphones are a bit tight and I need to remove my hearing aids so they don't poke my inner ear canal. But, this is manageable, and even without the hearing aids in, I can hear quite well with the 820S set-up. And, finally, the receiver clip is rigid and difficult to clip on to the clothing; it should be a spring-clip.
But, overall, it is still a wonderful product. |
