My dad recently hurt his knee and his chiropractor gave him one of these. My dad's been letting me use it when I get headaches (I get migranes) and it's great. I would have never expected a cold compress could be so effective.

It stays cold and flexible (or you can heat it -- your choice), the plushy exterior doesn't frost over, and it provides relief from the pain. It's even comfortable to use.

I have never liked ice packs, but I'm definitely getting one of these for myself.
