Coffee Like an Expensive Machine
The holder works as advertised, which is more than I can say regarding some other products I have seen advertised for this machine. I fits and makes great expresso. Not quite as strong as a much more expensive unit when you let it run for the full single cup cycle. Cut the time short on the brew cycle and you can't tell the difference. I happen to have a young lady...

Not much different than regular pod holder
I guess there might be a difference but I couldn't see it. The pods work with our regular holder and we can't tell the difference. Oh, well.

I happen to have a young lady from the Netherlands, where the Senseo is made, staying here for a short visit. When she saw the Senseo machine she indicated that she had one at home as well but she did not have the expresso pod holder and after trying the coffee indicated that when she returned home to the Netherlands she was going to get one.
