I have been waiting for Blade's story every since Slow Burn, and I can honestly say it was to me well worth the wait. Player to the end Blade finally meets his match in Samari Di Meglio a bonefide player hater. She keeps and maintains Blade's attention from the start. We all know that player Blade is not use to working to get a women or one to deny his advances so his male pride is damaged and he has to at least get her in his bed if nothing else at all cost. Their struggle for power with each other and trying to denie the attraction is just a part of the puzzle that is taking place in this book.

Then of course there is Suspence and Intrigue that will keep you guessing who is after Sam and why. And if Great gramma Leverne would have had one more fish dream I don't know what I would have done lot's and lot's of pregnacies some are surprising and a couple of shockers. But in the end Blade proves to be a true Madaris man with all the pride and glory, and Brenda Jackson also brings you up to date with just about every body. She also set's us up for the next Madaris books. Luke's brother Reese is brought to the scene and also there seems to be a plot brewing with Sam's brother DeAngelo and her and Mac's partner Peyton. Will it happen we will have to wait and see but I believe it will.

I recommend this book to all the Madaris and Friend Lovers like myself you will not be disappointed.

OUT OF ALL THE MADARIS MEN BLADE TOPS MY LIST; I JUST FINISHED SENSUAL CONFESSIONS AND BLADE AND SAMARI'S CHEMISTRY HAD ME WISHING THAT BLADE WAS MY MAN FOR REAL. BRENDA JACKSON JUST KEEPS EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS WITH EACH NOVEL OF HERS THAT I READ, SO I'LL SURELY TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAM. WHO LIKE TO READ TO PICK THIS BOOK UP. IT'S WORTH IT.

Blade Madaris thinks he can seduce, bed, and then leave Sam. Boy is he delusional or what? Sam is not one of his typical conquest. She puts up quite a battle against the heat that Blade generates. All I can say is that when Blade comes to his senses the battle is intense. Yep, the player has met his match

All I have to say about Sensual Confessions is that it was by far, one of the hottest and best books I have read so far this year. You will not be disappointed with this book. I hated to put it down. Any avid reader of Brenda Jackson will know this is why she is one of my must-read authors. BUY THE BOOK!!!! It is just that good.

Blade Madaris is devilishly handsome and the ultimate lady's man. He enjoys his bachelor status and the women he entertains. However, he can't stop thinking about the attractive and anti-playboy, Samari Di Meglio, whom he met at his cousin's wedding. Blade sets out to seduce her negative thoughts away and will not be deterred until he has her in his arms.

The Madaris saga continues with Blade and Samari's story. The romantic scenes were hot, steamy and full of vigor. However, I found this story was similar to an earlier one in the series, causing the element of surprise to be somewhat faltered.

Sensual Confessions is part of a lengthy and detailed series exploring the adventures of the Madaris Family. It is well written, and I enjoyed the characters and their storylines. However, there are so many references to events and characters who have been explored elswhere in the series that their intrusion in this story was frustrating. I felt that in order to fully grasp the implications of the characters and events referred to, the reader had to be a follower of the series. The story also seemed to take a long time to get going, and I just about threw in the towel around page 100. I'm glad I hesitated and finished the book, because just after the century mark, the story really began to take off. Overall, an ok read for most, and I'm sure an excellent read for fans of the series.

I ordered this for on Nook for iPad and stayed up till 6 in the morning finishing it! I could not put it down!! The story is about a womanizer Blade, who makes up his mind to get Samari to sleep with him and then leave her, just as she is determined not to end up in his bed. They prove to be each others match as they get more than they bargained for and Blade realizes he's in love with Samari just as her life may be in danger. The sexual chemistry between them is off the charts and the sexual games they play are unlike any other!! My only criticism is that the ending is too rushed and there was too much hinting of Samari's eventual pregnancy that there was no surprise. Even still this book rocks and I loved finding out what my other favorite couples have been up to. This book is tied for my third favorite with Unfinished Business about Alex/Christy behind Eternally Yours and the Midnight Hour. Very recommended for Brenda Jackson/Madaris fans.

Once again Mrs. Jackson has done her thing. This is the story of Blade Madaris, a player to the 5th degree. Blade is determined to not follow in the footsteps of his twin brother, Slade, marriage is just not an option. Blade enjoys women to much to settle for one, or so he thought. Blade has a very strong attraction to an attorney in his cousin Luke's wife's law firm, Sam. Sam is use to players and is determined to not fall victim to another one. Although he wants her, he lets it be known that marriage is not in his future with her or any other woman. With the realization that Blade wants her, Sam sets out to seduce Blade. I mean this is easy for her because she's enjoyed teasing so called players and then calling things to a halt when he thinks he have her just where he wants her, beneath him in bed. Sam soon learns that playing with a man's affections can be dangerous. When Sam starts receiving threats, Blade makes it his business to protect her, and from there things really heat up.

Blade is the man. This story was well worth the wait.Sam and Blade are the ideal couple and playa Blade did finally meet this match This man has this look that can make you want to stay in bed. I need a man like him. SLOW BURN is my favorite story and SENSUAL CONFESSIONS is #2. Ms Jackson really did story Justice by giving Blade a wife and a child. Now I cannot wait for the next Madaris story or the next Madaris friends story.This was a book that you just didn't want to put down.

You can always count on Brenda Jackson to bring it with her novels. The Madaris Family keeps getting better and better, and I love this last installment. Blade added so much more to the story and I am so loving his character. Can we please get an HBO series or something? In the meanwhile, keep it coming Brenda. I am torn by my love of books written by my favorite two ladies Brenda Jackson and Brenda Hampton. They are both on FIRE!
