The titular four freedoms are the four aspects of self, and the heart of this book is made up of exercises for developing each aspect alone and in harmony with one's partner-sensually, socially, and sexually. The exercises are creative, playful, serious, and sometimes unusual, such as rewriting a recipe in sexual imagery to create an appetizing and erotic poem. Link and Copeland (coauthors, Soul Sex), a Canadian couple who have run Tantra workshops for a decade, are well grounded in Eastern mysticism and its Western interpreters; their bibliography is excellent. Unfortunately, there are no illustrations. This book would be a helpful read for a new or reawakening couple of any age. This is the TOP book on sensual (and sexual) secrets. As a published author here in the USA and on my homeland (Brazil), with 70+ titles in print, and a publisher of hundreds of titles here in Brazil, I know how hard is to make a good, instructive, fun, and fine book. And this book goes much beyond that. Amazing, a really good reading, I think that it is a must for any couple to buy and read it from cover to cover. In our time we are experiencing too much changes and pressures from all sides, and we lost the real meaning of sex with love among adults who share their lives togheter. I'm sure that thousands of marriages'll still be happy if the persons had read this fantastic book. On the other side, as a former "contractor", a man-at-arms, someone who gone into harm's way more than once, everytime I was back in home, all I wanted was someone there waiting for me to show me the light, happy side of life. something I seldon had - but now I get the "secret formula" to that - it is inside the covers of this great book!

Authors Al Link and Pala Copeland have compiled a smorgasbord of new ideas, scenarios, and exercises into a highly accessible and user-adaptable book that draws from their wealth of experience in relationship and sexuality training. Their creativity and flair, mediated with playfulness and sensitivity, will inspire readers to develop their own individual variations.

This is a book that links body, mind, heart and soul in a practical way that gives us a real taste of what sensual love is or should be in a relationship as a couple.
I especially like the exercises, that once done and worked out properly, enroot you in the real secrets shared by the authors. These are the key to a true under-standing of sensuality and thanks to the authors, they are easily accessible and pleasant.
A book nicely written and presented.
