The milk fondue chocolate is the perfect chocolate for anyone with a sweet tooth. These callets are round drops of pure chocolate, easy to melt, weigh, and store, and may also be used in any recipe calling for chunks of chocolate. 2 pound/907 gram bag Size: 2 lb ,Color/Pattern: Light brown Kosher dairy .A minimum of 4 pounds (2 bags) of chocolate are required to operate the Sephra chocolate fountain.NOTE: Due to the nature of this product, the chocolate may melt during shipping. This does not ruin the chocolate; the chocolate is perfectly fine. Occasionally there may be light-coloured streaks or film on the surface of the chocolate. This occurs naturally and is a characteristic of pure chocolate. It will disappear when the chocolate is re-melted.

This chocolate was the hit of the party! Everyone loved it and the advice I received from the service department was suprisingly effective....I called to complain about the chocolate showing up melted and re-hardened/misshapen in the bag (July in TN) - the representative told me that the melting of the chocolate did not effect the quality and recommended that I leave the bag in the trunk of my car until ready to serve and let the heat naturally melt the chocolate, it worked perfectly! No need for a microwave and no fear of burning, poured it in the fountain and turned it on...we were good to go,it was fabulous!

I recently purchased a Sephra Chocolate Fountain from Craigslist.
The box included 4 lbs. of Sephra Premium Milk Fondue Chocolate, however, the dates on the
chocolate expired in Sept. 07.
My question is: Do you think the chocolate is fresh enough for the machine?
