This chocolate was the hit of the party! Everyone loved it and the advice I received from the service department was suprisingly effective....I called to complain about the chocolate showing up melted and re-hardened/misshapen in the bag (July in TN) - the representative told me that the melting of the chocolate did not effect the quality and recommended that I leave the bag in the trunk of my car until ready to serve and let the heat naturally melt the chocolate, it worked perfectly! No need for a microwave and no fear of burning, poured it in the fountain and turned it on...we were good to go,it was fabulous!

I recently purchased a Sephra Chocolate Fountain from Craigslist.
The box included 4 lbs. of Sephra Premium Milk Fondue Chocolate, however, the dates on the chocolate expired in Sept. 07. My question is: Do you think the chocolate is fresh enough for the machine? Thanks for the response. mh |
