I use this product in my chocolate fountain and it is tasty and totally hassle free. I am a bit of a chocolate snob and the quality of this chocolate meets my exacting tastes. It melts quickly and flows smoothly in the fountain. At a recent conference the scent of chocolate from my hospitality suite drew people down the hall and into my room. A total win!

The taste was exquisite but smooth; I was proud of the quality since the chocolate fountain machine really requires a good grade of chocolate for melting; highly recommended.

We love to host informal parties with our chocolate fountain as the centerpiece of the food. Sephra chocolate is heads and shoulders above the other brands. This is the only kind we use, because:
1. We lived in Europe for awhile and are VERY picky about chocolate flavor and texture. This is the best by far.
2. This chocolate melts beautifully and doesn't get globby in the fountain.
3. This chocolate doesn't require parafin or oil added (which frankly tastes gross) like other fountain chocolates do.
However, this can be bought at a much lower price on sephra.com.

This was the best dark chocolate I have ever had. I used it for my fountain and it was easy and worked flawless. I was able to refrigerate the leftovers and heat some up every once in a while for more strawberries and marshmallows. Highly recommended.
