I purchased this product for my daughtgers birthday party, it was just perfect,it works right away,its the right size. and its very easy to clean,I had no problems with it. Id Fully recomend this product to everyone else.

Great product, excelent performance, quiet motor, you don't waste too many product as in any another bigger chocolate fountains, I use it also with chamoy and works just great, you can have it turned on by 2-3 hours consecutives with no problem at all, easy to clean and assembly, the only inconvinient is that you can not remove the basin to clean it, so have to be very careful when washing it but no big deal.

It was worth paying $20 more to get the Sephra name brand. I read reviews of other $40-50 chocolate fountains, and they all said how noisy they were. I paid $70 & got free shipping through Amazon. This unit is very quiet, and some people couldn't even tell there was a noise. It worked perfectly!!

I bought this for a party, and it worked perfectly. It has different heat options, works very quietly, and all dirty parts went into the dishwasher safely. I had to dilute the chocolate with more oil than the directions suggested, but used the funnel sent with it and got perfect flow. Overall I am very pleased with the look and function of the fountain. Used for hours without any problems and am looking forward to more parties.

Once I got the setup done. the first batch was a hit or miss in the consistency. The device performed wonderfully. The challenge was dealing with keeping the chocolate at the right consistancy.. After a little more experience. I can drive this machine. Does as desired. There is a lot more to it than just put the chocolat in... Once mastered all was good. Clean up was not as negative as was noted by some on the 1st try... Emptied the chocolat prior to the chocolat hardening... Then clean up was a breeze.

I was hopeful when I purchased the Sephra Elite Home Fondue Fountain in 6 pound capacity. For one people and electronics and appliance reviews have to be taken with a grain of salt in how much of the problem is operator error and how much is actually the product. I opted for this unit as it really seemed to have the best all around reviews and though you can purchase a less expensive fountain, I am of the belief that most of the time you get what you pay for. So this is my experience. I first poured the chocolate chips (Signature brand purchased from Amazon) unmelted into the bowl. There are three levels of heating and I started mine on Medium. As soon as the chips landed they started to melt. Nice. So knowing that it could take 45 minutes to melt all the chocolate, the second bag I melted in the microwave and poured it on top then switch the temp to high. I did not need to add any other oil or thinning product. We had time to eat our pizza dinner and clean up and the chocolate was ready. One of the reviews I read said you have to have all 6 pounds for the chocolate to flow right. I did not have this problem, we used 4 pounds and aside from a level problem, corrected by adjusting the legs on the unit, the chocolate flow was beautiful. We only had it on for about an hour while our family of seven enjoyed the yummy chocolate (I even dipped a few strawberries to eat later). The machine ran so quiet had it not been flowing I would not have know it was even on. I immediately cleaned the machine as directed and the bowl of the machine twists off (BONUS-- as most do not) to make cleaning sooo much easier. I did not submerge it though, I wiped it out with a sponge and warm soapy water. I really am pleased with this machine. The only thing I would do different is lay down some plastic for easier counter clean-up; my kids were meeesssyyy.

This fountain was simple to put together, quiet, and ran like a champ! At first, without the chocolate flowing through it sounded a bit loud. But, after the chocolate was flowing through it the fountain was quiet as a mouse.
When you first start the fountain running with the chocolate you have to turn it off and on a few times to get rid of the air and then watch out...it flows flawlessly. Turning it off and on when you notice the flow isn't perfect (for about 10 seconds) is the key to a perfect flow.
I love this product.

I did not use the fountain beforehand, all reviews said it was easy to use and no one menionted having any problems. So, the night of the party was my trial run!

It was assembled properly and all steps were followed to melt the chocoalte. Instead of the tube filling with chocolate and then gently pouring over the side and become a nice, flowing chocolate fountain - it began spewing EVERYWHERE! Chocolate was all over my kitchen floor, on my ceiling, all over my kitchen counters and inside the electric plug behind the fountain. It tooks hours to clean up the mess. I have brown, stained caulking on my floor and on my countertops.

This fountain is already in the process of being returned.

Works real well. Had a cheaper model before and this one is far more reliable and sturdy.

I almost bought a cheaper fountain at Target but my husband told me to look online first to see if I can find a better deal. I searched online and found Sephra, even though it cost more than I was planning on paying for a fountain Sephra was worth paying a little more. The fountain looks beautiful and it was actually quite. It was a big hit! I am very happy that I did my research and I am very pleased with Sephra. I recommend using sephra belgian milk chocolate it taste so delicious. I didn't need to add vegetable shortening to the chocolate.
