I have read many books on 9/11 and this one is not one of the best. It should have been labeled "A Philisophical View of the September 11th Disaster", rather than "An Eyewitness Account of the September 11th Disaster". Mr. Sinned spends too much time talking about everything else but what he witnessed that day. And everything he did write about what he witnessed could probably have been written in one chapter totally. The synopsis on the back of the book suggests that he wrote a lot in his notebook, however it does not appear that much of that information was included in this book. The bulk of the details are between pages 30 and 60. The book does not keep you on the edge of your seat. It lacks details of the actual events, and at times it is hard to determine whether he is stating fact or just thought. Mr. Sinned also frequently uses a lot of 'big' words, so if you are not up to par with what I would call 'college level words' compared to 'average everyday words' then it might be hard to follow. If you are looking for a philosophical analogy then this might be the book for you, but if you are an average reader that wants a good detailed book of someone's eyewitness account of September 11th then keep looking and pass this one by.

The September Apocalypse is an eyewitness account by Dennis sinneD of the unexpected and devastating catastrophe that befell America on September 11th, 2001. Written by a man who was late for work at the World Trade Center that morning, and who refused to evacuate the area but took notes and remembered impressions for later, The September Apocalypse is a powerful, chilling, and compelling personal account of a tragic landmark of history.

Dennis captures the essence of everything horrible and terrifying which occurred on September 11th. While relaying his personal story, he also delves into religious and philosophical debates which could challenge the most learned theologian. This is a must read by a first time published author, you will be amazed by Dennis' brutal honesty and flowing prose. Worth every penny...
