W. Wilson says:
Suddenly, on September 6, short, 5-star reviews of this book are pouring in. Many are from those who have not reviewed other items on Amazon.

It seems that a coordinated effort to deluge this book with phony positive reviews is afoot.

Mr. Wilson:

That's what it looks like.

Many "reviewers" don't use their real name. Their Amazon profiles are empty. And, as you pointed out, this is the only "review" they have posted.

The language in many of these reviews is quite similar: "Can't put it down," "Read before the election," "Easy read," "must read," etc.

Many "reviews" have the same headline.

Certainly appears to me the publisher, Klein, or both have organized a mass Kindle purchase to generate reviews.

You failed to mention that 90+% are "Amazon Verified Purchasers". Are you claiming Amazon is involved in a conspiracy against Obama or possibly a large number of AVPs read the book over the long weekend and are posting their reviews.

You are remarkably slow on the uptake.

The Amazon review system is being gamed - nobody is suggesting Amazon is gaming itself.

You don't address the facts. So many of these "reviews" even have the same headline. Cooincidence? I think not.

Richard A.,
Many people postponed writing reviews until they could watch the convention. Wanted to give democrats a chance to offset the revelations in Klein's book and others. Obviously they were disappointed as liberals still cling to their childish, unrealistic mentality about governing. We need adults in office now, not democrats.

Nonsense. Again.
