I have purchased Serendipitea tea from Amazon before and the product was fresh. I don't know when this batch was produced but it is old! It has a nice flavor that I am sure was wonderful when the tea was fresh. In case this is your first purchase with Serendipitea, they do not seal their product. The tea is sold in brown paper boxes that are far from air tight. Inside the brown box is a brown paper bag with a wire type closure. Not sealed and not air tight. I won't be purchasing again.
