If you like Chocolate Blasts from Baskin Robbins, you will LOVE this!
I received this gift set for Christmas and love it! I love chocolate and anything to do with it so I guess it was a given. The only bad thing about this product is if you like it, you'll become addicted and start craving it! Living in Alaska, these packets are expensive to ship! One good thing is each packet is good for 2 servings! I recommend at least trying if you like chocolate or chocolate shakes.

Just absolutely heavenly. I had my doubts about it - I mean how good can this stuff be if it is just mixed with water and ice? But, it really is fantastic. . . and addictive.

I had heard about this product from Oprah and Racheal Ray...then I was reading about it in magazines, so I had to try it being the chocolate lover that I am. It took me awhile to order it because it's kind of spendy, but after I made it....IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!! This is the best tasting chocolate drink I have ever had! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars was because it took a little longer than I thought to recieve it, but well worth the wait!

I live in New York so I have had the liberty of actually visiting Serendipity--famously known for their desserts, ice cream, and frrroozen hot chocolate. Residents and tourists alike are willing to wait TWO HOURS just to sit-down and get their hands on this. I am NOT a 'dessert' guy nor do I care for a 'frrrozen hot chocolate', but I have to say this is delicious.

I purchased two of these gifts and they were received with much delight.

==PROS==
- consistent and tastes the same as if you were to go in-store
- easy to make and followable directions
- includes the actual cup they use so you can have a serendipity in the comfort of your house

==CONS==
- pricey but in the end--it's worth it.

You may not have personally visited Serendioity in N.Y City.... me either.... :-( but I have wonderful news....this is the next best thing! Follow the directrions and you will not be disappointed, double blend it real well... And SHARE.. oh my word, one packet can be consumed by a single person but you will fill kinda bad after the high of the drink. I packet is 5 servings.... YUMMY!!!!

I received this as a Christmas gift, from Santa in my stocking!!! I didn't make it cold in the blender, although I'm sure it's delicious that way too. I heated milk on the stove and added the mix that way and it's the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had!!!....this is coming from a total choco-holic! It has a note of melted marshmallows in it and is super creamy!! Maybe I'll try some cold in the summer. Not your run of the mill chocolate mix.

My daughter, my good friend and I visited NYC this past summer and my friend convinced us to go to Serendipity3. We are so glad she did. Two of us had the frozen hot chocolate (decadently delicious) and I broke tradition and went with the Trader Wic #1. A pineapple coconut frozen concoction equally decadently delicious. In fact it was so good we made a point of stopping by again for the wonderful desserts before we left for home. I was smart though, on my way out I bought the canister of frozen hot chocolate and have converted the rest of our family to frozen hot chocolate lovers. So glad I can buy this online although shipping is pretty pricey it is well worth it. Wish they would sell the Trader Wic #1 online too.

I recently had the Serendipity's Frrrozen Hot Chocolate at their Vegas location and was in heaven! Although it was $9, it still was worth every last sip of it! I wanted to share the yummy goodness with my friend right here at home so I decided to give it a try.
Not bad at all! It was rich and chocolatey just like the real one. I even ate the powder by itself and thought it was delicious. I made some homemade whipped cream and shaved some dark chocolate on top of it for that extra special touch.
Will be buying again!!

On a recent trip to NYC, I stopped by Serendipity 3 and couldn't help but try their signature frozen hot chocolate. It was so creamy and decadent with such rich choclate flavor. I picked up a few packets of mix before I left (same packs that are sold on here... they also sell this canister mix at the store). I made one for the first time at home this past weekend and it was so deliciously chocolatey and tasted surprisingly similar to the hot chocolate I got in the restaurant. This does not have a malt choclate flavor, it's definitely like a frozen version of a rich hot chocolate. I think it's fabulous and would definitely buy it again! You can also add a jigger of vodka or kaluha for a bit of added punch. :) Enjoy!

All you need in addition to the Serendipity3 Powder is milk and ice cubes. With those 3 ingredients, you could be a STAR!!! The finished product is the most outstanding Frozen Hot Chocolate in the world. This is not an exaggeration. Makes for the perfect finishing touch for any kind of dinner.

40 years ago I became addicted to Serendipity3's Frozen Chocolate from the restaurant of the same name, and it's only since discovering that you can purchase the powder that I have found that I can duplicate this wonderful dessert. Hurray for Amazon for finding and marketing this fabulous product.
