This review is from: Serendipity: An Uplifting and Practical Guide for Anyone Battling a Brain Tumor (Paperback)
Good starter book for information and understanding. My son battled this brain tumor and has had good reviews from his doctors since August, 2005. His oncologist died suddenly in November, 2007. David misses him terribly but his surgeon is trying to step in and give us all of the feedback we need. We do believe David has been given a second chance at life. Only he can decide what he will do with it. This type of brain tumor/cancer never disappears and the cancer cells hang around in the brain forever.

The writer of this book could be David based on all she has gone through. She couldn't have written it any better.

1.0 out of 5 stars not worth it, October 8, 2008
This review is from: Serendipity: An Uplifting and Practical Guide for Anyone Battling a Brain Tumor (Paperback)
Well, the thing is- there's so much written about brain tumors and brain cancer. This is just a silly little book, without much concrete information. My recommendation- don't waste your money on it.
