Well made amplified picture phone. color coded amplified key with volume control. Easy to place the pictures under the plastic cover. the plastic cover is also on the hinge for easily removal.

I bought a Serene Innovations telephone for the hearing-impaired. It has been trouble since the first day. Sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it dials, usually is doesn't. Terrible static on completed calls. I have called Serene Innovations numerous times, and left several emails. No response whatsoever, and they do not answer the customer service...

I bought a Serene Innovations telephone for the hearing-impaired. It has been trouble since the first day. Sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it dials, usually is doesn't. Terrible static on completed calls. I have called Serene Innovations numerous times, and left several emails. No response whatsoever, and they do not answer the customer service line. Beware!
