Stayfree® Serenity® Guards offer all the protection of an undergarment in a discreet, compact, reliable form. They provide moderate to heavy protection and are available in three absorbencies. These Super Guards are designed for your moderate to heavy urine leakage needs. We've highlighted their most important features for you:
- Highly absorbent core locks liquid into a gel that won't leak.
- Special DryLayer PLUS™ material helps pull liquid away from the surface and into the pad.
- ODASORB®, odor protection ingredient, helps prevent the formation of ammonia, a primary cause of odor.
- Wide adhesive strip holds Guard securely in place.
- Soft, comfortable form is contoured for maximum protection.
- Foam backing in a cup shape provides extra leakage protection.
The Stayfree® Serenity® line of bladder protection products also includes Stayfree® Serenity® Pads for light to moderate protection. Different women have different absorbency needs. Refer to the chart below, and choose the Stayfree® Serenity® porduct specifically designed for your individual needs and comfort. This is the only product that I have found that absorbs well and prevents embarrassing accidents. My local drugstore dropped this product. I went online and found it at Amazon and have ordered it ever since.

Must say that SPEED of DELIVERY was fantastic! Was disappointed that one of the 4 packages was double sliced and made one of the pads unusable as it was no longer 'sterile'. I tried to find a way to inquire of the seller for replacement but was unable to do so. Still -- the price is good, though less good now that we have to toss one. We'll more than likely try again in the future using this same seller.

But then I grabbed one of these out of the bag. Foam?!?! Ah, what the heck, can't be any worse than the chafing I'm getting from some of the most expensive types.I LOVE them!! The foam is SO comfortable - I was shocked. And when it got "pressed into service" it did much better than all of the others...even though it was a rather big test....:-( And yet I still felt "dry" and the very best of all...they didn't bunch up the way all the big names do. And they even stayed attached to my underwear instead of going out on their own, so to speak...:-) I hope I will get past my embarrassment long enough to see a doc and get my bladder hooked back up where it belongs, but until then, I won't use anything else! Sorry if I sound like a commercial. It's just been hard even admitting I have this sort of problem and then buying several different brands (even adult diapers) before buying the Sample Kit from www.MOMScatalog.com (which I highly recommend if you're not sure. You get like 28 (14 different brands/strengths for $8.95 with no delivery charge. They also have sample kits of "briefs" (diapers) and men's guards. But once you find out what you need, Amazon is MUCH less expensive. I hope this answers some of your questions. Please excuse any typos/spelling errors!
