This is the only product that I have found that absorbs well and prevents embarrassing accidents. My local drugstore dropped this product. I went online and found it at Amazon and have ordered it ever since.

Must say that SPEED of DELIVERY was fantastic! Was disappointed that one of the 4 packages was double sliced and made one of the pads unusable as it was no longer 'sterile'. I tried to find a way to inquire of the seller for replacement but was unable to do so. Still -- the price is good, though less good now that we have to toss one. We'll more than likely try again in the future using this same seller.

But then I grabbed one of these out of the bag. Foam?!?! Ah, what the heck, can't be any worse than the chafing I'm getting from some of the most expensive types.

I LOVE them!! The foam is SO comfortable - I was shocked. And when it got "pressed into service" it did much better than all of the others...even though it was a rather big test....:-( And yet I still felt "dry" and the very best of all...they didn't bunch up the way all the big names do. And they even stayed attached to my underwear instead of going out on their own, so to speak...:-) I hope I will get past my embarrassment long enough to see a doc and get my bladder hooked back up where it belongs, but until then, I won't use anything else!

Sorry if I sound like a commercial. It's just been hard even admitting I have this sort of problem and then buying several different brands (even adult diapers) before buying the Sample Kit from www.MOMScatalog.com (which I highly recommend if you're not sure. You get like 28 (14 different brands/strengths for $8.95 with no delivery charge. They also have sample kits of "briefs" (diapers) and men's guards. But once you find out what you need, Amazon is MUCH less expensive.

Very absorbent. But very bulky also.

Serenity Super Plus Guards is a great product that I just couldn't do without. Being pregnant and very active, I can't take any chance for an accident to occur. It stayed in place and worked very well. I've used other brands while I was pregnant with twins and not all products are equal in protection.

This product is great. When I first opened the package and saw that the bottom of the guard was actually made out of foam, I thought that must not be very comfortable. But once you're wearing the protection, it feels fine. I have sudden, major gushes and there were no leaks at all with this product. I'd highly recommend them.

I wear a pad all the time and get rashes easily. When I first saw the pad I was concerned because of the foam base but I have to say I didn't get any rashes and I kept dry. It was a good product that I'd buy.

Soft and highly absorbent. An excellent product. Didn't bunch or twist. Would recommend for any who need such a product.

This product is in very nice and discreet packaging. The name doesn't belie what's enclosed, which is essential when one feels the need to keep such matters as adult incontinence private. I thought the price was expensive, but the product, Serenity Pads, is a good product. It holds fluids as described on the packaging. I would suggest a stronger deodorant brand, however, to keep odors hidden.
