Amy Romine brought me back to my roots of reading with this wonderfully written romantic thrill ride full of twists and turns. There was not one moment without action, be it a hot romantic encounter between Eric and Rebecca, or a horrifying visit from the psychopath stalker. This book will have you guessing with every page you turn.

The characters in Serenity Lost are so alive that you feel their emotions. Rebecca, the damsel in distress is terrified of a stalker who seems to know her every move. Eric, the knight in shining armor (wearing a badge), is torn between helping the woman that he can't get out of his mind, and loyalty to his brother, Charlie. Did I happen to mention that Charlie is in love with Rebecca? Yes, quite the dilemma. Eric and Rebecca's desire for one another is so magnetic, but can they really let go? Will the psycho stalker give them the chance?

To find out, you MUST read Serenity Lost. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend this book to readers who enjoy a great romantic suspense. The content is adult in nature with graphic sex and violence (not necessarily together, mind you), so it is not recommended for younger readers.

And of course, I was left hanging yet again with that dreaded cliffhanger. Evil, Amy, pure evil. Thankfully Veiled Deception - Trust me, Book 2 is already out, AND Jaded Promises - Trust Me, Book 3 is set to come out in February.

I really enjoyed reading Serenity Lost. I love how I couldn't stop blushing at the beginning, but a really good story comes through. The main female character is strong and independent making the actions she takes more believable. Great story full of conflict, romance, and emotion. I can't wait for more. Great job Amy Romine I look forward to reading more of your work!

Great read, awesome series, had me intrigued from the first line. Amy Romine takes a fairly common plot and twists it into an heart pounding, thrilling ride with lots of intense drama and romance. Three books go by fast when you can't put them down. The breathless pace has you turning the pages to want to know more. Romine is an author to keep an eye on, she seamlessly builds the plot with notice until you are reading and putting the pieces together, realizing she has given you everything you need. The love triangle is dramatic, infuriating and well done. You grow to love and know the characters, feeling their frustrations, fear and pain.
A trilogy buried beneath the rubble of half hearted books, the Trust Me Trilogy is a series to be read and savored for its lasting impression. Well done, Ms Romine, I will be interested to see what you bring to the readers next!

It's not too often that I come across a book that I can't put down, and this is one of those books!

Serenity Lost (Trust Me) is full of suspense, action, drama, and romance. It will keep you guessing as to what the characters are up to, and you can't wait to read the next chapter. It will keep you hooked until you get to the end of the book.

I like that the characters are easy to relate to. Rebecca, although portrayed as a damsel in distress is actually quite strong. Her only weakness, perhaps, is that she got involved and fell in love with 2 men who happen to be brothers. This presents quite a dilemma for Eric and Charlie too; although family loyalty is important, the heart can be hard to control sometimes.

Who will win Rebecca's heart in the end? And can she survive being stalked by an obsessed psychopath? You'll have to find out for yourself. Read the book and enjoy! :)
