I use pads because I have to NOT because I want to. Given that, I am always looking for a better, easier way to do this. To that end subscription service is GREAT but I am disapointed in Serenity OVERNIGHT pads. I have used Serenity regular ULTIMATE pads for a while and for my problem and body they are the best so I thought OVERNIGHT could only be better. They are NOT. Yes they do have a larger coverage area but the larger area is thinner giving you a false sence of security and waking up wet, but it is bigger. The other problem is that the glue is thiner or lighter or something so it does not work as well. Finally they do not come with individual wrapping which did not seam like a problem but it really is. All in all, regular Ultimate pads are much better.

I sleep much easier knowing I am protected. Unlike another reviewer, I am not bothered by the lack of wrapping because I do not carry them with me. I simply use them at bedtime and for that reason I like the larger coverage area. I use the thicker pads during the day because coverage area means more to me than thickness at night (they ARE less thick at the edges BUT, by no means are they too thin for my needs). They seem to hold the same amount of liquid but they just do it differently. These are friendlier to the environment without the wrapper that isn't needed for home use. I recommend you see for yourself through the free sample offered at the website of the manufacturer.

The "NEW & IMPROVED" are not nearly as good as the ones they replaced. They are shorter and narrower. The leak factor is off the charts. The pad is wider in the back and much narrower in the front. They do not work overnight. Nor do they work during the day. As far as being great for the laying down protection, that is definatly not the case. These pads need to be changed at least twice as often as the previous ones and the pad is not wide enough to stop leakage. The price is less than the others were, but when you have to use 2-3 times more product, you are the loser. Bring back the ones you "improved" on.
