I prefer this figure to the 3 3/4 inch toy line. This render has to be the best there is in terms of overall quality and awesomeness. To truly believe how this will be a justifiable collectors item, consider this. This depiction of the film version of War Machine, is nothing short of incredibly film accurate. It's like a smaller Hot Toys version. Right down to every detail, aside from it lacking a removable mask, it bears stunning proportion in every way. The fact that it includes 4 pairs of extra interchangeable hands( closed fist, gripping, and open palms), ammo belt(which actually stays in by the way), rocket launcher with shoulder lid (nothing hokey), and his signature gatling gun. The numerical markings and yellow "caution" decal on the gauntlets are presented in their entirety. The paint application is spot on and flawless. I had a chance to visit my local store where these are exclusive to and purchase War Machine and the Iron Man Mark VI for myself. Upon returning the next day, the whole gross had been sold out completely within 24 hours. Each one was uniform in high quality, it was stunning. Since they are retailing for normally half the price tag than on here, it is expected. Remember that these are LIMITED EDITION. Thank you Amazon for giving people a chance to purchase these already hard to find works of art. I will add one more thing; with such quality, these actually look better in person than the prototype on the reverse of the packaging!!! Don't pass these up, for they will surely disappear. Amazon is a trusted and steadfast way to go. Otherwise, happy hunting and good luck!!

Been a fan of War Machine since I was young.

This new look of War Machine is an updated look and fits with the current time.

Not as Posable as I wanted it to be, but looks great none the less.

I love war machine i think he is the coolest superhero side kick just plain awesome. This toy is so detailed and has such cool gear with him. This is hands down a great buy for collectors kids fans whoever its friggin awesome. total 5 outta 5 have fun with this amazing toy.

ok before I review this $50? seriously?!? A $12 toy that's still in production? I just got mine in today and I paid a mere $20 elsewhere. You people can charge what you want but don't be surprised when you are undercut.

Anyways... the figure is nice there's no doubt about that. Comes with a total of 3 pairs of hands (fist, open hand and in between), an interchangeable shoulder mounted rocket launcher or the "closed storage housing", and a shoulder mounted minigun with an ammo feeder that runs to the back. The mini-gun sits on a slide bar that allows you to position it pretty much anywhere you want between the left & right shoulder & pivots around with a very wide range.

this figure is pretty articulated as well... about 20 points or articulation on just the body as far as I can tell. Unfortunately some have pretty limited range of motion. Hips do not seem to move very much, there is a double ball joint in the hips that allow the leg to rotate at the hip & thigh. It does not appear to be able to move the legs forward or back very far at the hip itself. Upon further inspection it looks like the joint has a slide built into the ball joint to allow movement but I pushed & pulled in a few different positions and it will not move and feels like it'll break if I force it.

Elbows & knees have a double joint that I usually dislike because it makes the joint look like a "U" and very unnatural but it looks pretty good on this figure since they did the spacing correctly. Has articulated ankles as well but very limited. The shoulder armor thankfully is positionable to allow for movement of the shoulders. Figure does not move at the waist but has a very flexible point of articulation mid torso.

Honestly the only things I think that would make this figure better are:
*better leg movement
*gunshot blasts that attach to the barrels like revoltech and other manufacturers do.
