Belt was recommended by my physical therapist. I have a hip that tends to get out of alignment and cause pain especially when playing tennis. Therapist suggested that I wear this belt while playing tennis until I can strenghten my core. I had some trouble figuring out how to best use it but after a few tries it works great. Have not had pain during last 4 tennis matches. I cannot wear some of my smaller tennis skirts over it because it does add bulk. Belt needs to be worn directly on skin (not over underwear) to stay in place. Directions say to velcro in front and then turn belt around before tightening. At first I could not understand why, but now I realize that it puts more of the bulk in a spot that does not show as much. What woman wants more bulk on her rear! So if you buy this belt and don't like it after the first try, don't give up. It really has helped me.

I had a baby 6 months ago. I have had lower back and hip trouble due to the loosening of tendons and joints during pregnancy. Before starting physical therapy I had moments where I was unable to move because my joints were not in their correct position. My physical therapist suggested this belt. I only use it for working out. I found that if I wore it too frequently I tended to depend on it too much and didn't do the work I needed to with my lower abdominals to correct my swayback. But it has helped greatly for workouts. It keeps my pelvis stabilized and positioned correctly so that I am able to do things such as lunges without injuring myself.

The belt fits great. I love it. It has made exercising possible. I can go to the gym and workout without worrying about getting my pelvis out of alignment every time.

This is the best sacroiliac belt there is! I was having some lower back issues when my physical therapist recommended it. I have since recommended it to about 10 people who are all very satisfied. You wear it right on the skin under your workout clothes. I wear it for tennis and even though my pain is gone, it provides me with support in case I should suddenly lunge for a ball. It doesn't show at all and doesn't add bulk. Noone even knows I'm wearing it under my tennis skirts.

The belt seems to work but I'm not sure how long it will last. I have to wear it every day & I'm sure the velcro will
give out.

I have been dealing with a horrible back for the longest time. I had found an arthritis (Pain Bust-R II) cream that really helped, but I still felt that I needed some physical support. I received the Serola Sacroiliac belt yesterday, put it on, and the difference in comfort was immediate. For the first time in ages, I was able to vacuum my entire house without stopping to rest. I was so happy with it that I ordered another one.

The reason that I downgraded the belt one star was account of the color. It seems to me that either white or flesh color would have more practical application than black. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the item itself.

Glad I bought it. Works like it should. Was recommened to me by a friend who had one and help her tremendously. Family member had terrible back problems. She bought one and it helps her when the her back starts going out. Helps stop it in its tracks. Supports the back and keeps it from getting worse. I bought 2. One for husband and one for me. Glad I did. It works...it helps...It's my back's new best friend.

I am very happy that my physical therapist recommended this belt for me. After falling on black ice during the winter I have suffered from ongoing back pain. This belt gives amazing support and makes me feel like I can at least do some of the things I used to due, like gardening, sweeping, etc. I have recommended it to two other people already.
