I just received this product yesterday. Unfortunately, the mattress pad is supposed to include two power supply and controller units when selecting a queen size mattress pad, and I only received one unit. Both are needed to operate the mattress pad. I called the toll free number included with the product for the retailer several times and the calls always go directly to voicemail where you receive a message that they will call you back within 2 business days. UGH. I can't get through to a customer service rep and now have to sit back and wait to see if they actually return my call. I'll provide an update later. Hopefully, my order is a fluke but I want anyone considering purchasing this item to be aware. It's bad enough that the shipment was missing the item but to not be able to reach a customer service rep during their posted hours after repeated phone calls is unacceptable.
Update: Contacted Amazon directly and they immediately processed an order to reship the mattress pad. Thanks Amazon....I'm yet again reminded of why I shop with Amazon. I know I can always depend on excellent customer service and I'm very thankful.
