This Serta air chair is very comfortable to me, and the lumbar support is second to none for a chair in this price range.

It was very simple to assemble, and comes with a very good instruction manual.

Being someone who used to assemble office chairs for a living I have gone through many chairs at this price point, and this is one of the best I have come across.

I have used this chair every night for 3-4 hours at a time, and every weekend for up to 10 hours since I purchased it back in February 2014 so far shows no signs if wear.

This chair was easy to assemble and looks far more expensive that its actual price. The lumbar support is exceptional. The hex-head bolts used to join the parts come with locking compound. If you know someone who has a set of hex (Allen) wrenches that can be turned with a ratchet wrench handle, borrow them and assembly will go faster and be easier on your fingers than are the supplied simple hex wrenches. If you like tools, this will be a good excuse to lay on your wife so you can go to Sears and buy them.

I agree with previous poster that it does need a better hex wrench for putting it together. My hubby HATES putting things together and freaks when I order something that needs assembly. This one was fairly easy and the directions were easy to understand. His only complaint were the hex wrenches. He has big hands and it took forever to get the screws in (along with some cuss words) because they were too short for a man's hands. But other than that, so far the chair is awesome and I love it.
