What a gem of a CD.
It is dynamic, interesting, soporific, etc.
Indeed first class in the musical compositions and in the execution of the musicians playing on it.
The singer Sertab Erener has a highly stylistic, elegant singing voice. Bravo!
This CD has a high quality in the production and producing of the sound on it.
My personal opinion is :
Sertab Erener(turk.)is in the ranks of the top present day middle Eastern pop diva's ..... as follows :
Natacha Atlas.(egyp.),Howayda.(syrian.),Dania.(egyp.),Samira Said.(egyp.).
But she has the edge! + with the musical compositions .

I first heard about Sertab when she won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003, with an English-language version of "Every Way That I Can." I was impressed with her voice, and when this CD came out, I bought it, even though I don't understand a word of Turkish. I was absolutely floored at the range and dynamics of this young woman's voice. The songs are varied in style, from dance tunes to ballads, a little bit of jazz, and some awesome coloratura demonstrations.

Definitely worth the price of an "import" album, buy it if you can find it!
