However, the book should have more examples or details for better understanding.
The examination is much more advanced or complication than the book, with the foods from outside the book.
So, this book is recommended for whoever starting restaurant business or culinary school.

The book came very quickly and was brand new; beautiful condition. I just made the mistake of buying the book without the online course voucher. If you need the voucher make sure it says the voucher is included otherwise it won't come with it, even if you purchase the book brand new like I did.
