THIS IS A WONDERFUL ALBUM. LUCIANO ALWAYS KEEPS IT CLOSE TO THE HEART. HE IS STILL AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE MESSANGER. BLESSED LOVE, JAH RASTAFARI.

If I had to pick one album from Luciano to keep with me at all times, it would be "A New Day". But if I could bring another one, it might be this one. This is a wonderful record, full of spirit-renewing music and lyrics. A treat is "House of the Lord", which is Luciano's rendition of Psalm 24. (You could make a great record with nothing but recordings of that psalm on it.)

Authentic Jamaican reggae. If you know reggae you know how good Luciano is. If you don't know reggae as well, consider: I saw two shows last summer--Luciano ($15, Coachhouse) and Steel Pulse ($40, Roxy). At those prices, the famous Steel Pulse should be by far the better show, right? Just ain't so. Luciano was way better. One of the all time great reggae voices. Buy everything he puts out--don't even think about it.
Wait til you hear the cut with Capleton... oooh. And the one with Sizzla (trust me, it's there). It doesn't come much better than this.
