I am very disappointed by this book. The size of the book is so small, I read it in 3 hours, the informations are general and no real insights. The authors tried to reconcile the ITIL framework with the SAP product offering and methodology. Worthless effort in my opinion. Save your money, I am trying to understand how can I have it returned.

I was surprised to see one of the smallest(size) book ever in my life when it was delivered. But the contents are not so small. But I was expecting a bit more of explanations from the authors.They touched several subjects without going one step deeper.
