5.0 out of 5 stars The best I've read, December 31, 2009
This review is from: Service at Its Best: Waiter-Waitress Training (Paperback)
This book provides more specific examples of things that you can actually do in your restaurant than any other book I've read on the subject. And it includes the how to implement steps. It's obviously well thought -out and structured. I keep it on the shelf, and when I have a service related question, it invariably has the answer.
