Please read reviews of other books by this author before buying. I don't want you to waste your money. If it's like eithor of the other two books I purchased, you are wasting your money.

This book does a good job in explaining the basics of SLA concepts.
It does however, repeat the same information, in different chapters over and over again. Robert Maloney
