From the preview, I couldn't really tell what this was all about. So, considering it's free, I decided to download and check it out. It is just a list of other books that talk about ITSM topics. You're probably better off just doing a little research on Amazon yourself than to follow the short list of books in this guide.

Don't bother downloading.
